Sean is the Chief Marketing Officer of Syncsort, a privately held software company that enables the worlds’ most successful organizations rethink the economics of their data by using extreme data integration and data protection solutions. Immediately prior to Syncsort, Sean worked at Oracle Corporation where he ran the global marketing function for the Retail, Telecommunication, Insurance, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Insurance, Tax and Utilities industries reporting to the CMO.

Sean also spent seven years as a senior strategic consultant with Monitor Group, an international strategic consulting firm headquartered in Cambridge, Massachusetts. In 1999 he helped raise over $120MM as a co-founder of Upromise prior to its acquisition by Sallie Mae where he was also the Vice President of Product Management. Sean received his Masters in Business Administration from Harvard University Graduate School of Business and his BA in English with a concentration in Economics from Williams College. He resides in Weston, Massachusetts with his wife and their four children.
